Hi All. i've got a 2005 focus 2.0 tdci 136bhp.The car used to have the usual problems of blowing white smoke on start up and juddering at 16/1800 rpm.i did a good clean of injectors and Egr system last year.Bubbles which appeared in the fuel line i eliminated by smearing grease round the snap-on fuel connectors, the new problem is from cold when i start the engine, from the turning of the key to firing which is a few seconds it sounds like the engine is gonna fall out on the floor.it always starts first time and as it warms up and i stop and start it.it gets better.but the first cranking sounds terrible.i've had mechanics look at it and nobody either knows or can find a problem.it has had a new battery new glow plugs and a system clean.no fault codes either.please help.
