Wrapping takes a bit of getting used to, especially with the amount of stretching required for a shape like that.

Wrapping takes a bit of getting used to, especially with the amount of stretching required for a shape like that.

What we do at work is wrap mirrors in two pieces and use knifeless tape. First wrap the face and curved edges, the less stretching the better and don't overheat. Second piece is the flatter side that faces into the car. That's easier done as it's more flat. The small overlap will barely be seen as its facing into the car. A very brief description there but it's much easier done.

loving the tinted rear light and can I ask if it was a film or spray tint you used as that's the shade I want for my rear lights.

I say wrap the chrome window strips, the mirror caps and the front 'whiskers' with black vinyl and you'll be well on your way.

Car looks excellent btw, love that ZS rear bumpers extension.

I must confess I was a bit gutted when you got this new Focus as you'd done such a brilliant job with the old one and I thought it was one of the best looking Mk2.5s. I have to concede now that this one's looking just as good and I'm loving it too!
