Wiring Harness for 2009 Ford KA

Hi a Newbie here.

I've decided to change the head unit on my new 2009 KA and have been able to get hold a facia adapter, but I presume I will need a wiring harness as well.

Is there someone out there who is either ITK or has actually replaced their radio, who can help me with 3 questions which quickly come to mind

1) Do I need a wiring harness?

2) Which Harness do I need?

3) Where can I get hold of 1
