Figgis41 Posted June 12, 2016 Share Posted June 12, 2016 For me its based on the use of the car, if its just going to be a town/city car, work and shops etc with the odd trip away then petrol, if your commuting or tend to do a lot of motorway and B road driving, plus getting away at weekends etc then Diesel. So take a look at your yearly average mileage per year and try to break it down in to what type of driving it was mentioned above, depending on where the % lies will determine which you will be better off with.
