Resetting error light

Hi guys, after some advice please, I've just changed the o2 sensor on my mk 6 fiesta zetec s and was wondering if you had to reset the computer to remove the warning light on the display and how you went about doing this if this was the case ?

If the light is on then yes as it probably won't go off on its own as I think the error code will be stored. There are plenty of devices on Fleebay that will reset your computer some are very cheep but will do the job and more. Some are more expensive and do more stuff. The cheep ones works well  I think mine was less than a tenner with an Android program app called Torque Pro that's what I use others will say different but its all the same in the end.
