i3lade4life
Hi all. Im a complete newbie so I am looking for some advice. On my 52 plate Focus I cannot get the fan blower to work on the drivers side no matter what speed. All 3 of the other vents work just fine. Any fixes out there? or is it a problem with the resistor? isetta
It's defintely not the resistor pack. there is one resistor pack and one fan motor. if the fan works on all speeds and air comes out the other vents as it should then it cant be the resistor pack. i would think the tube feeding the vent must have come off. I have not tried to get to one of those on that model, i don't suppose it is all that easy. are you sure the vent is open, i assume it has a wheel you turn to open it, does it feel like the wheel opens and closes it? can you look in with a torch and see if it does?
