Hi, I want to change the colour of the above glove box light strip from red to blue. How on earth do I remove the strip?

Many thanks for your time.

Evening,

i havent got this myself strip myself myself but I've been Looking into adding it, the strips just clipped into the dash, no fastners or anything.

Maybe unclip the glove box and feel if you can locate them from behind?

The stips is translucent plastic - the colour is determined by an LED at one end (at the left in your photo). Remove the glovebox and you'll be able to access the plug/LED. Thus, it's only the LED that you need to change.

(Note I've not changed this myself but I did see it all when wiring up my dashcam in that area)

P.S. Please use meaningful titles when posting a new thread as it can really help current/future readers knows what's inside!

Many thanks, that makes things a bit easier. Does the LED just pull out?

I will in future, thanks for the advice.

Not sure - I just happened to notice the components whilst working in that area.
