I have just fitted some new disks and pads . and have noticed a knocking noise occasionally when i brake . apart from that breaks seem fine .. Any ideas Cheers

If the new pads are lose, as in not as wide as the old pads were, then you can get a knock or clunk(you get this noise once when you brake it is not a repeated noise until the next time you brake) when you brake as the pads move slightly and hit the caliper, if it is this, then you have nothing to worry about(some aftermarket pads can be a lose fit). The other thing is check all that you undid or took apart to fit the new pads and disks is done up tight.
