Glow plugs were checked about 5 months ago and seened to be OK Now it's colder takes ages to start Cranking it over for ages inclusdig turning ignition on and off Glow plug light goes off vey quickly battery checked yesterday and is OK Suggestion where made such as: glow plugs, fuel filter, timming belt, air bubble in fuel pipe and engine management problem? any other suggestions or has someone else had similar problems Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Problem - non start Reason - wiring harness chaffing on EGR valve Remedy - repair harness and use cable tie to keep harness away from EGR can also cause intermittent fault. may be worth a look tom Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
