ritchie01
Hi ... I have a 1.8 tdci sport which was serviced last november and in the last year had new Glo plugs fitted on 3 different occasions due to poor starting issues and being toldby a mechanic thats what was causing the poor starting problem... which was cured actually by a new battery, however lately when its first started in the mornings it smokes quite badly with white smoke, im told by a mechanic this is probably a leaking injector which i can ignore if it doesnt bother me to much! Is this correct? and can i find out which if any injector is leaking? Thanks in advance Ritchie

ritchie01
Yes after the iniital start up i get very little smoke on subsequent startings throughout the day......but is it a problem that needs urgent attention? the smoke is really thick in a garage for example....
