Will-MK7
Hi Everyone! Hope all is well :) I want to change my standard interior light as it only has one bulb and it's not great night for when you actually need to use it. I've seen one which has 3 bulbs just wanted to know if it would fit my fiesta and if any one had a link to one? Thanks in advance Sent from my iPad using Ford OC
SandyCat
Is yours a single light between the visors? My 09 Zetec has the door light and each side of it a map light. But there was no rear light so I fitted one myself at the rear of the centre console fed off the footwell lights. I would imagine your roof space behind the lining would be the same and hope it's a simple swap to include the map light version.

Yeah I have the single light version which is so poor! Yeah that's the one I want to change to the one with the two map lights. Lenny
Thanks for the reply. Yeah I have the single light version which is so poor! Yeah that's the one I want to change to the one with the two map lights. Sent from my iPad using Ford OC there a straight swap item, Ive swapped my triple out for one with the ambient lights built in, I then fitted the standard triple unit in the back so ive got a single unit for sale, Thought id inform you about the ambient unit being available on the market before you purchase a triple. Stoney871
Got one of those too, very nice when fitted but not cheap brand new. They do occasionally come up on eBay but not often enough mores the pity. Sent from my SM-G900F using Ford OC mobile app

Lenny
Thank you both for your replies! Very helpful and how much is the ambient one Lenny? Sent from my iPad using Ford OC New they cost around 90 pounds, Second hand anything from 30-50 pounds, Search for submarine light or ambient light, You can also get lucky when some breakers dont realise what they are selling, Just a case of watching eBay and getting there first, But it is an available upgrade. this is a mk2 focus ST one which has alarm sensors also integrated to the sides: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/271526975831?nav=SEARCH

Lenny
Hi guys, do you have any pics of your additional rear courtesy lights please? Cheers :) Sent from my iPad using Ford OC heres a picture of the rear unit in my 2010 mk2.5 focus,A single bulb unit came fitted as standard but the map light unit is a straight swap: if the fiesta doesnt have a rear interior light as standard, you may be able to get a rear unit and surround plate from a breakers and retro fit splicing in to the front unit. StumpyBloke
Thanks Lenny. However, sorry, I thought you meant you'd installed one in a Fiesta. Yours looks good though :) Sent from my iPad using Ford OC
Lenny
Thanks Lenny. However, sorry, I thought you meant you'd installed one in a Fiesta. Yours looks good though :) Sent from my iPad using Ford OC sorry mate, The unit is flush fit to the carpet though, It doesnt go in to the roof, Has a plastic lip surround to fill space around the light, So if you got a surround from a mk2.5 08-11 focus in the breakers you may be able to retro fit.

Lenny
Cheers! Am tempted to add one to the back :) Sent from my iPad using Ford OC best advise i can give is:Go on eBay and contact breakers, Purchase the light unit surround only, You already have the unit from the front to use on trial fit, Then if it don't work out, you've only bought the light surround aint spent too much or stuck with a second light unit. heres one with surround: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/191249380294?nav=SEARCH

Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC true mate yeah either cut the headlining or remove it in order to see if theres much depth underneath to insert the small frame that grips the light surround to the roof lining much like a large staple. SandyCat
I took the easy way with the rear light but it's effective enough!
