Rear light cluster plugs

I have a Ford Fiesta Mk7.5 Zetec S and I bought some rear light clusters and didn’t realise the plugs were different, is there anything like an adapter plug for the rear lights to convert from the new plug to the old plug?

When you say the plugs are different what do you mean? Are the new lights you bought for a mk7.5 or different? Do the lights actually fit the car, have you had them in and seated correctly?
