landersd
Hi , I have a mk iv xr3i cab with efi engine that I,m just restoring. a couple of months back I was attempting to get it started but no fuel was getting through as I am now locked down and have time on myn hands I dropped the tank and checked the pump which is working . The car has no battery on at the moment if I detach the inertia switch in the boot (which is corroded) and supply a direct 12v feed to the connector that goes to the pump, should the pump run, or do I need to get the battery back on the vehicle?
