Just a random question can you twin turbo a 1.6tdci focus

I mean in theory you can twin turbo any engine. It's completely pointless on a 1.6 TDCI though, you'll probably shove a con-rod through the block before you get anywhere close to harnessing the power potential of 2 turbos. There's no off the shelf parts, everything would have to be a custom fabricated job including ECU tune.

Most twin turbo cars are V engines rather than an inline 4, this means you have an exhaust manifold at either side of the engine so you have a turbo on each exhaust line in order to squeeze more air in to the intake.
