I took delivery of my new Fiesta MHEV TitaniumX on September 1st; and wanted to see if any other owners of similar aged cars had a similar experience with a couple of items ...

Ford Touch Up Paint - I cant source a touch up kit from my local dealer, evidently Ford have recalled some kits, and haven’t been able to supply any new to the dealers? 

Heated washer jets / Glovebox light - My 2018 Fiesta Titanium had a glovebox light and heated washer jets, both of those seem to be missing from my new TitaniumX and don’t seem to get a mention in the brochures either. 

I’m really pleased with the new car through my first week of ownership, I’m just surprised I can’t get my hands on a touch up kit, and a couple of items I just thought were “Ford standard issue” are no longer present. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Well, the motor companies are removing any "excess technology" because of the current semiconductor shortage.  

In my country they don't sell Titanium fiestas anymore, only the Business, Connected, ST-Line and Vignale.

Maybe it's because of that.
