Advice on pricing

Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong place.

I am trying to sell a 1997 ford fiesta 1.2 in purple on behalf of my Grandad.

It is currently declared SWORN as he no longer drives.

Mileage is around 45000 as he rarely drove it.

Its in immaculate condition as he has kept it in the garage whenever it isnt in use.

My question is what do people think it is worth?

I have used online car valuation websites and they value it as scrap, whereas I am seeing similar models being sold on autotrader for £2000 therefore dont want to scrap it if it is worth something as my Grandad would really appreciate the monies.

If you can keep hold of it a bit longer, if it's not in the way, I'd wait.

I've started to see low mileage good condition MK3s going up in value, so it won't be long before MK4s start going up.

I certainly wouldn't let it go for silly money, search on Autotrader and see what similar age and condition Fiestas are going for, then add a bit for the mileage.
