I think it may be faulty as I am no longer getting a constant 21 deg. It's randomly blowing cool air and then warm again. I took the right hand side vent out and I could see it. It's not clipped on and was just hanging down towards the bottom. It doesn't look too dirty so I guess it couldn't breath very well.
