when I look up the bulb set in my Ecosport it lists ‘Low, Med and High’ tables. How do i know which applies to my car without removing the bulbs?

D5S is xenon, so they look totally different to halogen.

H7 & H18 look virtually identical though.  It should be written on the back of the headlight which ones you need.

Thanks Guys, but a Halfords search on my Reg says H1 for dipped beam, amazon say H4 and Eurocarparts says can't supply!

Fords don't seem to include spare bulb kits anymore, I had a full kit with my old Honda....

You need to look at your actual headlights.  The website bulb checkers aren't reliable, they don't take the spec of the car into account.

Are these legal in UK? I ask because of the word ‘racing’ in the title. When I bought some at ‘150% brighter’ from Halfords, there was a note to say off road use only.

I swapped my headlights for these:

Philips Racing Vision GT200 H7 Headlight Bulb +200%.

They are easily twice as bright as the OEM bulbs, they are great value  and no MOT issues.

I have fitted these in the past, and they lasted 6 months before both bulbs blowing, very short lifespan...
