I tie a bit of string around it so as to be able to fish it out if it drops. I dropped one in a focus once and had to strip the door to get to it. Trust me you'll thank me for this tip. eBay has a few but it depends if it's electric or manual and the colour needed. There's really no need to pay garage prices, it's a five minute job.
