Hi,

First time post so bare with me.

I have a Focus 09 and the phone menu has stopped working. I synced my phone when I got the car 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. Today I tried to sync my wife's phone which was unsuccessful then when I went back to try again I pressed the green phone button then the menu button and nothing was there, no options to sync etc. Any ideas as I am hoping it's something I have pressed by mistake. I have tried the 15 second reset but still nothing.

    The synced phone list may be full.

    Try debonding all phones and start again.

    You may need to do a full reset of the bluetooth module by disconnecting the car battery for 10 minutes.

    Make sure you have the radio security code first though.

    Hi, thanks for that. I can't access the menu to debond any phones. The last time it did work tall phones had been debonded though. When I press the menu button after the green phone button nothing happens.
