Went a ride down Llandudno last night as me and the Mrs were bored to see the fireworks and get a bag of chips lol..

Saw this and thought of you guys and this thread,, the two fords on each side of the road were in the last space of the parking bays.

It was packed down there and everywhere (even the church car park where I parked) was a pay and display but the two Vauxhalls, the corsa and insignia thought they would just park on the yellow lines and virtually on the corners for free...

At least there's a decent motor in front of them. The focus looks angry it's had such a vehicle parked in front of it lol

See thats the thing, I don't mind it if people drive vauxhalls, look after them, etc, but still recognise it's a budget vehicle and they should just be happy to have wheels, but when you get stupid exhausts, half wit drivers and cram that into a vehicle that has the capabilities of a dead fish, it'll never end well.

My focus is a mk2 'budget' focus, it's the style model and I recognise that it's not the best of its type, but it's mine, it won't win many races, but it's mine... I'm just happy to have a comfortable nice vehicle.. I'm of course tempted to do things to it, but wife, life and budget all come first haha

Yep, I miss that smug feeling of whizzing past in the old 2000 Focus which had no wheel trims, was covered in rust and missing paint but kept on going. Meanwhile a shiny 2 year old Corsa was sitting in the lay-by with its bonnet up.

theres an astra near where i work thats somehow managed to end up backwards in a very deep ditch on its side, all you can see is police tape and the front number plate, been there a few weeks

I recon the police are leaving it there. If they move it, the ditch will attract more vauxhalls, so they will have to come back and remove it again. They are saving themselves money. Leave it there, no other vauxhalls are attracted amd they don't need to keep coming out.

Win win.

I may have annoyed a Corsa driver yesterday...

...ok, the glares he have me say that I did more than annoy him...

We wanted the same parking space. It was on my left and as I swung out slightly to back in, he thought he'd try drive in.

Turns out I'm more stubborn/of a bottom-hole :D
