Replacement Ecu Required 1.8 Petrol

Hope someone has a contact, im trying to get a replacement/ re-manufactured PCM for my 2010 Ford Focus 1.8 Petrol, todate every ECU repairer has come back with cant help, its looking more and more like ill have to go to Ford unless someone knows a company that can help details of vehicle below.

sScondhand one currently on car (7M51-12A650-VC) but unable to programme to car (ERROR) using IDS or Elmconfig

Hi martin are you sure its the ECU at fault and not maybe your obdi cable or maybe setting the wrong com port or bit rate?

Systems all reading fine just wont write IDS automatic so is Elmconfig for Comms port and speed
