So i've had my race red ecoboost ZS for about 8 months now and loved every minute of it, but even though the power from the 1L is pretty incredible i decided i wanted a little more.

Took a little trip down to Fords to enquire about prices for an ST about a month ago now. Had a little test drive in one and had a smile on my face the whole time, and for a good while after :D.

Ended up placing an order for a Spirit Blue ST1 with style pack due to be delivered on the 3rd of Oct. As i have to have the ZS for at least 9 months i'm not able to pick it up until earliest 16th Oct. Gonna be really annoying knowing is sat waiting for me on the forecourt and i can't have it :( Hurry up 16th oct!

Was the same as you smiling all the time when i drove it, still do now so when I get to work my face hurts haha.? You going to do any mods to it? :)

Just a few small things first. Got my Climair wind deflectors and Richbrook aerial to go on from my ZS first, then

Blue LED footwell lights

Blue LED interior light

White LED number plate lights

Carbon fibre inlays for the ST badges

Fly eye tints over the rear deflectors and middle break light (did this to my ZS)

Also looking at the AS induction kit, but undecided on this. And bit later down the line when i want a little more power i may get the bluefin remap.

Good to hear another converted to the ST :). And you'll probably the only person on here with the rare ST1, most of us have Spirit Blue ST3s lol.

Yeah got the poor man's ST! went down to fords today and my step dad and mum ordered new cars. They ordered a new focus and new fiesta. Turns out my contract doesn't end until 30th Oct and car will arrive 4th Oct :( even longer to wait

True, don't know why the bother listing a price for it, it's been free since the car was released, don't think I've heard of any one say they have paid for it. I've only seen a couple of non style pack cars the silver alloys look quite good on spirit blue

They do, but I prefer the rado grey. Plus the illuminated plates look pretty sweet

One dealer tried to mug me off with the style pack til I told them I wasn't a mug :') b*stards! Bet you can't wait, I pick mine up Monday and only been waiting 2 weeks, time hasn't gone fast at all! Feel ya pain

It must be so tempting knowing it's there and you can't have it. And it looks awesome without the front plate. Don't they have no front plate in America, or maybe just in some states? They've done away with the tax disc so I think it's time to do away with front number plates :P

I'm just glad we don't need to have those nasty orange reflectors/lights like they do in the states! Ruins the look of the headlights with that massive orange lump in them lol.

Yeah I agree! Much better without front plates. Only reason there's none on as it's not even registered yet lol being registered on 16th so first payment is 1st December :)

Yeah.. didn't want to get out of the car after the test drive :D. The wait is even worse now that i know it's just sat there in the corner of the forecourt.

To help a little, i decided to buy some stuff :) Grabbed all the LED's (blue footwell, blue festoon for interior light, white number plate), and Carbon ST inlays.

Yes, but only on the back of course. I just put in the 2 W5W bulbs that came with my Crystal Visions, and they're almost as white as the LEDs I already had. They light up the ground below pretty well too, about as much as the puddle lamps :)
