yesterday..... usual roadwork 5.30 am............then housework housework housework

to-day............went for my usual roadwork at 5.15 am (about 30 km per week)......shower,breakfast,then 2 machine loads of washing,gardening,sunbathing,,watched the british superbikes from Brands Hatch, cooking...........normal weekend i guess
