Michael P
don't really get what you mean, it looks perfectly healthy to drive......
irononreverse
That looks painful... At least it looks like the main cabin is pretty much untouched despite the major crash. Looking good safety wise! @michael_P Just make sure everyone else is behind you!

Looking good safety wise! Yep. That's quite some impact. Cabin seems to have held together well enough though. Easy to replace a car - not so your legs! Michael P
i'd have those wheels...

Just where does that passenger airbag come from! The dash looks pretty seamless in that area.
paulworthing
i'd have those wheels... Well go on eBay and send the seller a request to have the wheels off of the car - you never know if he can't sell it for repair he might consider selling individual parts. Shows how strong cars are these days but would have to say . . . . . . . . . .Hideous colour!
Air Hostess
Ouch! :o More photos here on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...%3D1&_rdc=1 I think most of that will come out with a clay bar and a good quality polish......... smudger
Shows how strong cars are these days but would have to say . . . . . . . . . .Hideous colour! Those photos dont do it justice. The photos are very poor quality. Avalon actually suits the fiesta quite well. Avalon is one of those colours that looks different in different lighting conditions. Sometimes it looks blue, sometimes greyish/silvery , sometimes greenish/grey/blue. Also, unlike hot magenta and squeeze it is only the additional metallic paint cost not extra on top of that again. So you get the same different colour effect without paying extra!! Avalon isn't my 1 st colour choice for looks - but it is far easier to maintain and keep looking good than darker colours that show every scratch & mark! and isn't silver - which virtually every other car on the road is! Ideally I would have chosen black! Also like the dark maroon fiestas ( not hot magenta) and they also look good in white.

Andy09
i'd have those wheels... I managed to get the upgraded alloys on my Titanium (7 spoke), those ones in the pic being the standard. Made sure I did that as those ones are a real pain to try an clean. My dad used to have them on his C-Max :)
paulworthing
Thats Morello........looks gorgeous.......mmmmmmmmm And that colour is no more I believe. My dad used to have them on his C-Max :) I went for the 17" ers although I would guess that the 7 spokes are going to be the easier ones to keep clean
amyjaj
And that colour is no more I believe. I looked last night on the configrator and you can still choose it.
paulworthing
I thought KeithC said it was going to be discontinued for 2010 - not sure if they were going to add another colour or just go down by one?
hedgepig
I thought KeithC said it was going to be discontinued for 2010 - not sure if they were going to add another colour or just go down by one? Keith's right--it's a disco colour ie not available for 2009.5 cars and onwards.

Any news on a replacement colour(s) - I so hope it is not orange as I will be gutter as thats my favourite colour of the moment and I would so have had it if it had been available

My dad used to have them on his C-Max :) Thankfully Michael has the detailing bug, and in my opinion it's worth any extra cleaning because for me the 7 spokes just look bland
paulworthing
Thankfully Michael has the detailing bug, and in my opinion it's worth any extra cleaning because for me the 7 spokes just look bland Oh why can't my other half have that kind of OCD where all he wants to do is keep the car spotless. I know I will be good for about 6 months and then the novelty will wear off and it'll be lucky to get a clean once a month!!
poohbear
I think Avalon is a lovely colour actually. And like someone has previously said, the photos don't do it justice. Poor little car. Let's hope the owner was ok.
poohbear
Look at this one too.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2009-YEAR-FORD-FIEST...4#ht_1251wt_939 :-( Is anyone else a bit worried about the amount of these fiestas on eBay for this reason now? At least 5 i've seen now. Or am I just being a worrier?
DanGull
It's nothing to do with the car pb - that one ran into a tree and similar by the looks of it. There are more and more Fiestas on the road, people are bond to prang a few.
paulworthing
Accidents happen poohbear - if the Fiesta was fundamentally flawed then it would be being splashed across the front pages of all the papers . . .
