m1tch
Hi all, Just doing some research into my injectors with regards to finding out the correct resistance to check everything is ok on my 56 plate mk6 fiesta, just looking into the injector part numbers online and I stumbled upon something. Looking at a diesel injector reconditioning company I noticed that there are 2 part numbers, not sure which ones mine would be: 9649574480 - 2002 - 2006 - Euro 3 engines 9654551080 - 2006 - 2009 - Euro 4 engines I am guessing that mine would be the Euro 3 injectors due to the 1.4 TDCi engine being the 8v version of the DV4, whereas there are other 1.4 HDi engines which are 16v so guessing those are the Euro 4 engines? m1tch
Ah, I think I have found it, apparently the Euro 4 engines have a black plastic turbo actuator whereas the Euro 3 engines have a metal version - mine has the black plastic version so it would be Euro 4 so mine would have probably had the slightly later injectors.
