Just been gifted an 07 ka luxury. Problem is, heaters sometimes stuck on hot, although not all of the time. However when ever I do turn them on and try to change position. No matter what the main bulk of the air is blown onto window screen. Also not much blowing power... Help please

hcv heater control valve, around £50 buy a genuine one though
