Fault code P2279 and P1102

Hi, Can any body help with my issue with a 66 plate transit connect.

Codes p1102 and p2279

As soon as you start the car up seems to drive fine until the van is reaches temp and accelerates to approx 3000rpm and over. Comes up on dash engine service now and into limp mode.

Maf at idle sits at 8 on autel diagnostic 

Van has just had a full service 2k miles ago fuel/air/oil filter 

1.Up to now van has been smoke tested for any leaks nothing found. Also sprayed carb cleaner around all possible areas revs won't rise so doesn't appear to be a leak.

2.Removed boost pipe and checked for split

3. Replaced maf sensor for genuine ford part

4. Cleaned map sensor 

5. Removed pipe leading to throttle bottle checked for splits

6. Used dpf off car cleaner to inside at 3000 rpm 3x 500 ml repeated then road tested.

7. Removed and clean egr and refitted due no 6 not working.

7. Dpf pressure is 2mbar on idle and 25mbar at 3k revs so doesn't seem to any restriction I'm terms of exhaust

Out of ideas does anybody else have any help?

Don't want to keep throwing money at it but need the problem sorting ASAP 

Any help/ advice would be appreciated.
