has anyone fitted the fordparts kit to a 2015 model ?

it says that it only fit 2012-2014 models.

Yep I have. It fits all MK7.5s (except ST)

did contact fordparts.uk but they said it didn't  fit, another seller on eBay said it was okay.

Probably different part number mate. I think your bumpers a different Shape to our EU variant

Will have a full set a Zetec S grilles for sale soon. This will include upper and lower grille, Fogs and lower front spoiler. If your interested let me know.

this is my car the front ends look the same but the dealer says they cant get that grill. next question is if i get one on eBay does the s badge come off or is it a clip on?

These parts are only for the UK mate. Not to sure about yours.
