Help 2011 61 reg focus Bluetooth

Hi just got a focus MK3 61 reg been trying to connect my phone  via Bluetooth but the posh lady's voice says too many devices please debond but as you can see there's  no phones in photos so I've Just rang FORDS and was told it needs software update £90 plus vat
As no longer link on site
Anyone help with a download link to this at the time free update ?

I also Prior to this Disconnected the battery but still same

I've tried and haven't managed to do it but plenty have so it might work for you.
