Fiestafyn Posted May 17, 2019 Share Posted May 17, 2019 Hello I have a 2018 Fiesta MK8 ST-line 140hp with 37000 km on It. It started making a 1-2sec buzzing noice sometimes when driving in reverse on parking lots. It seem to come up exactly at the spot when the clutch pedal is released. Sometimes now it even comes up when releasing in 1th gear, driving forward. Then a month ago, it started making a whining sound when driving in 1th and 2th. The whining sound follows the revolutions, and it is loudest at 2500 rpm. I have been at the Ford dealership 3 times now. Still waiting for answers. Did anyone experience something similar? It doesn’t happen enough for me to be able to take it to my dealer and show them so I will likely bring it up when I take it for a service in a few months time but for now, absolutely no idea.
