Jack7 Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 Alright everyone, in my mk7 fez last night when i turned the ignition on it made a "nee-naw" noise 3 times then went off, no warning lights, plenty of fuel in the tank, any1 have an idea what it could mean? Sorry i dunno what that is :$ lol & nope no messages :/ PATS is the immobiliser/alarm and the LED is found in the bit in between the dials, a red dot about the size of a pencil rubber. If it flashes after you start the ignition, it indicates the PATS was triggered. It's never happened to me, but that might be the purpose of the beeps, as a combination to a PATS warning.
