Here it is at night

That's pretty good not blinding atall, when fitting gauges to your ST pod, before you wire them up; have a look at this guide to fitting an auto dimmer relay to the supply, this will dim the gauges illumination by 50% when you switch on your parking lights etc. Results in them being around as bright as the stereo,

The new recaros more bearable for winter

They look excellent mate,

I'd love a set of those myself but theres not too many ST breaking around here and the shipping charges would be horrendous,

You may be interested in giving them a steam clean, its suprising the hidden dirt,

See my guide on Rug Doctor as saw on MightyCarMods there available to rent from loads of places, purchase the detergent separately on shelves above the unit: http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/47749-rug-doctor-review-cleanng-car-interior/

A clear smoked spoiler brake light would also fit in nicely see link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Focus-ST-MK2-smoked-third-brake-light-for-ST-spoiler-/121478153648?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c48a985b0

  • 2 weeks later...

Did you do a full fit of the glasses holder or did you just switch over to the ST one from an original part?

What do you mean mate, my car had the holes in the headlining there ready so just removed the covers and screwed it in, that carbon fiber center console has took me months to get hold of

Got you.

I want to fit a holder I've had for ages but no pre-existing holes :(

The carbon trim parts are rare but look oh-so-nice when fitted don't they?

Only a mk2 not the facelift.

I think a bit of exploring may be in order.
