Stoney871
If you read their negative feedback you'll see that they don't really care about their customer service very much :p

BigRog
Bought these for my Fiesta ST3 from fords £7.32 for the pair inc. vat. Fords say they are for the Focus MK5 2011 onwards. After fitting them they literally gave the whole roof, both front doors and bonnet a wash, they are way too powerful, they give a very wide fan spray and I do mean wide, they also washed the floor around the doors for aprox. a 2 foot radius. I have taken them off, can't be doing with car having screenwash streaks all over it.
jeebowhite
they look non heated? I find that the fan jets I have whilst travelling they cover the windscreen very well but not washing the car?
BigRog
yeh they are non heated.
jeebowhite
Its amazing how the price can differ on them, but if you are looking to replace them, have a look at my signature and buy from the supplier I negotiated a deal with, they are OEM part and they work a lot better it would seem. BigRog
These ones are from ford dealership, parts guy said they are the only ones they do. Take a close look at the one in my hand, is it the same as yours?
jeebowhite
For all intents and purposes it is :) This is the pair I got:
BigRog
yep, spray nozzle looks identical, like I say it sprayed half the roof and the wing mirrors etc. too powerful for a little fiesta I think, these are a full blown fan effect, I was expecting a true mist effect, never mind only £
jeebowhite
I suppose my car is wider so I have less of the issue I suppose! Its a great addition though, but I guess its not always suitable for all :)
jeebowhite
It could be just the one pair?
Diohix
I've just had a set delivered today, planning on fitting tomorrow morning so I shall see how far they spray!
BigRog
nice one, keep us posted Scott.
Diohix
Just fitted mine, easiest job ever fair play haha On the spray side; Yes they are a little wide, there is a small amount that covers my wing mirrors but I would not say it is anything too major. However the converge is 100x better than stock so I can live with there being a little over spray, personally I would not say there is enough to hit the cars next to me if I were driving on a motorway for example. I suppose it will come down to personal opinion on what is too much over spray or not. Cheap and quick mod to do that can easily be reversed if you don't like it. eBay link to the set I bought: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Fiesta-Mk7-Zetec-Zetec-S-ST-Mist-Spray-Washer-Jets-2008-/111284491840?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19e9129640
BigRog
Does yours have the same nozzle as mine Scott? You didn't say if they wash your roof or not? Glad your happy with yours.
Diohix
Yes exactly the same as that and no, my spray stops about an inch or so from the roof. Maybe while driving it may blow a bit further up but I can't see it being too bad.
jeebowhite
I find the spray improves when driving (certainly on the fan jets). The nozzle looks the same on both Fan and Mist, but its just the length of the obstruction within that causes the spray pattern to change. M4RC
Just talked to my local dealer, got a pair of non heated ones for around £8 :) What actually are mist jets?
BigRog
They spray a mist or fan spray instead of the usual 2 jet wash you get from the standard ones.
jeebowhite
Yeah I got the same thing, I presumed that it was in fact a free gift - it would have been odd to have been part of the installation :p
Willy
Had mine on for 14000 miles (18 months) and still work excellent

Willy
Not sure Marc. The fan jobbies are for the mk3 focus only.
M4RC
Not sure Marc. The fan jobbies are for the mk3 focus only. Looks like them, I'll just have to get them and see.. What are the fan ones?
