The person in meandering on the B3078 earlier today, in the black Zafira, who seemed to think 60mph meant 60mm per hour! And then, didn't indicate when he/she left us.

Good Lord! Get back to Scotland or you'll be bankrupt soon.

That's one of the reasons I've never crossed the border. There are others, but I don't want to offend so I'll keep them to myself!

i can't go back to Scotland my horse is here haha :,)

Water pouring through the living room ceiling from mums shower...You'd think new houses (3 years old), like new cars would be problem free.

Water also pours through my dormer window when it rains heavily too. :(

About a year ago I'd have agreed, now knowing what I know about the quality of some tradies I'd always expect trouble in any new build... Especially in the plumbing department, too many low level qualified plumbers think they know it all. Although to be fair, 3 years is a long time for it to be a human !Removed! up, suspect it's cheap material... Again which is typical.. Build cheap, sell high and by the time stuff goes wrong you're long gone...

We won't be liking paying Surrey rip off prices for the next three days . . . :(

Yep, well in fairness this house is much better built than the last one which was also a new build. The builders went bust and bodged most of the build!

We expected there to be snagging issues. Mostly just cracks etc but to be expected with a new house. Most of our neighbours have had leaks as well, both from the roof and plumbing.

Hopefully it'll be easily rectified, just not using that shower and the spotlights in the lounge now. Lol

Wait so we can say crap on here but not the English version of coq...

Fingers crossed, a lot of modern builds have a habit of having everything built in... So hopefully it'll be simple and not a bit of a destruction job :/

Just shows that they don't make them like they used to...

Our house is a 2-bed semi built in the 60s and there is absolutely no water ingress anywhere (not even from the old skylight).

The car isn't THAT old (2005) but it is problem free too (well, as problem free as a Nissan can be).

Well there not round :P

and if I said Lorne to someone not from here they would ask what's that

Square sausage kind of self explanatory

I like bacon grill and have done since sampling the delightful stuff in military ration packs (sadly not included in rations now).

Excellent fried but more often eaten cold while sitting in a muddy hole on some godforsaken training area.

Pure nostalgia :)

I had some Loren sausage when I was in your beautiful country earlier this year. Definitely a different taste but nice enough and would definitely eat it again

I didn't like turning on the news to find dozens killed in Paris with another 100 hostages in a theater at the minute,

These terrible things will continue during our life time unfortunately, and it will be the same brainwashed fools doing it.

This isn't something that will always happen somewhere else,

One of those fools who blew themselves up in London lived a stones throw from my aunties house in Beeston Leeds.

Why can't we use their myths against them!

The brainwashed fools believe they won't get to their quota of virgins, living in Nirvana with their sky pixie etc, if they come into contact with pork products. If they get a bit of a pig upon their person - that's it.

So, a liquidise all the pig by-products from the abbatoirs, and spray them with it.

Shows the harsh reality of the world we live in really.

RIP.
