    Check your oil for "cottage cheese"

    oil looks fine on dipstick and engine filler cap.

    no signs of wetness on floor either.

    Replace the cap on the expansion tank.

    A damaged or dried out seal will allow vapour to escape.

    Also, check for even the smallest cracks on the expansion tanks. The mk6 fiesta & mk6.5 has a chronic weakness with them
