As we have a Spot the poor Vauxhall thread I thought that this one could start a trend where we can post up pics of poorly and unloved fords we may come across.

This one particularly caught my eye as a very sad car-

To be fair it is being used as intended. Lol

Bet all that stuff inside has increased its value,

Pity I didnt take photo of fiesta that was full of scrap metal, it was that full it looked seriously slammed. No travel on suspension left.

What's the orange notice?

It was a Council notice of disposal.

The 'owner' had 14 days to remove it or it would be removed and scrapped.

It's gone now with all the rubbish that was inside it dumped on the kerb.

It was by a back alley garage so I'd assume it was used as a donor car for a rebuild.

I've driven worse!

Haha, yep - can't disagree there! I do believe our old Focus was in slightly worse condition than that to be honest - and it passed 2 MOTs (just).

Hahah, good ol PCC... Remove it or it will be scrapped... "Yeh actually if you could save me the bother of scrapping it, that would be great.."

I bet it also cost them about £500 to get it scrapped as well!

Wouldn't be surprised.

A couple of hours with a tool box and I could probably have made £500 off it for parts.

It's called a Corsa :( (Sob).

You drove a Corsa? Willingly!?

Never willingly.

Sometimes horrible things happen though.

Surprised it's still in one piece.

They usually rust away to nothing much quicker.

nearly as bad as the 2002 Focus' do, and any of the first generation Ka, nowhere near a 1996-2002 Merc though

I would be tempted to buy that motor just to get it out the grass....

I fear that if that Capri moved, it would disintegrate. So I expect it will be on eBay soon as a 'barn find' and will be up for loads. The Capri is on my bucket list of cars, but it would have to be a V6 as I can't be dealing with awful 0-60 times.

I was chatting to a guy nearby to it, apparently people have offered silly amounts for it, but the owner refuses to sell, they should be locked up, would need a lot of love to bring it back

If you don't have a plan and don't accept a sensible offer, then you should be put down...

Mike Brewer will be along any minute to save the old Cortina. Ed will do his magic on it.

Its a shame people just don't sell them on. Most probably know they will never put them back on the road. Then they get in that state.

My mates Capri is just about finished. just back from the paint shop last week. just getting built back up.

My other mate is buying an old mk2 Cortina tonight. Cortina is going to need more or less total rebuild. But its a project over the winter.

Well there is a mk1 fiesta near me, small so not much space needed, reckon £500 would buy it
