Can anyone tell how to put pictures on a topic,on another forum i'm on you copy the img and then paste but on here it wont let me do that,or is it me and my laptop?

You have a couple of options:

1. Paste the BBCode if you upload to a host which provides this, usually something like this:

   [img]http://urltoimage.com/etcetc[/img]

2. Click the small picture icon in the editor's toolbar and paste the url to the image.
3. Click "More Reply Options" and use the attachments facility.
