Magenta
Although very smart when clean, worst colour for showing dirt, in my opinion, is black. Black is also the worst colour for showing watermarks after washing. Best all round colour is silver, a bit boring but very practical. I think my favourite colors are various shades of red and blue (but not at the same time !!).

I think my favourite colors are various shades of red and blue (but not at the same time !!). Spot on, Silver hides a multitude of sins. Mine (BMW) can be cleaned the same day as the Fiesta but after a week the Fiesta will look filthy whereas mine can go a month without looking too bad. Of course, close up you can see, but from a distance they look clean, just a darker shade of Silver. Just spent all weekend detailing the Fiesta ready for winter and it looks stunning but I just know if the wife has been out in it today in the rainy conditions it will not look a patch on how it was yesterday. Magenta
Yes, Keith, my morello Fiesta often gets mistaken for black and has some of the same disadvantages. The water around here is very high in mineral content and I find it almost impossible to wash and dry it without leaving some watermarkes even with a high quality clean leather. That's why I often take it to the lads at a local handwash even though it costs me £6 - £7 as they somehow seem to manage a much better job . Looking at the Sept 08 brochure, Spa was one of fifteen colours available at the time and looks a nice colour but difficult to tell from the small picture. Morello like mine is now discontinued and was already fairly rare.

hazelwoods
My 1st Fiesta (3dr) was Hot Magenta. Quite rare when I got it then everyone and his dog got one too as it was the colour featured in the ad. I was lucky enough to be able to change it 14 months later (for a 5 dr) and got Squeeze, then it came up on the next ad and everybody wanted one of those. I collected my new Fiesta on Tuesday. I wanted Morello but they've discontinued it. When I looked on Ford website I thought I liked the new colour so headed to the garage to see if they could show me a bigger colour sample. Not only could they show me a bigger colour sample, they also had a 3dr Fiesta in Fashionista sitting by the door of the showroom. They checked the system to see if they could get me a 5 door 1.25 Zetec. There were none anywhere, but 1 was due to come off the production line about 10 days later. It was reserved immediately. At the moment there are not a lot of them made, so I might manage to have a unique car for a while. Unless Ford decide to feature this one in their latest ad. In which case I want to claim commission as it seems every colour I choose becomes very popular. It's a more golden colour than it looks on the website. Long may it continue to be different :)

If I have another Fiesta it would have to be fashionista.
rojariggs
I have to agree with other people here that black & white both look great but are a bugger to keep clean. Silver definitely hides dirt the best and is easy to wash but it is a very dull choice. I have Morello which suffers a bit like a black car being a very dark colour but I knew that would be the case and it was still my first choice despite of this. Morello does seem to split opinions about what colour it appears to be. In the two weeks I've had the car it has been decribed as purple, magenta, burgundy, aubergine, black and brown! About 10 years ago I had a dark aubergine Escort Si which was a cracking little car and the Morello very much reminds me of this... Cheers Rog
ffiscool
I have the hot magenta and even though it is everywhere, it still gets admiring looks.. in some lights it is almost a maroon and in others it is 'lipstick' as one of my friends said.. but fab in sunlight.... The only thing I really regret about changing my last Mk 7 for this Morello one is the colour - it was Hot Magenta. Your're right, it's a fabulous colour. Colin Heath
I went for a black one, mmm shiney :) I think that it looks great with the chrome, and has rear privacy glass too.
Tom1494
I have an ink blue fiesta, I think it might be a new colour. It looks really nice and slightly more grown up than the white or black, given the choice though I would be tempted to go white for that sporty look! :)
JoeyG
Any color - it's a Fiesta, looks awesome in all colors provided. I like the two tone look, mine is a White Car with Black alloys, Black Spoiler and 95% Blacked out rear windows. I don't think a black car with wihte alloys, windows and spoiler would look good.
