roversok
FOUND IT PANIC OVER Home The latest model to benefit from the Mountune Performance touch is the all-new Fiesta... 1.6 Ti VCT models get a performance boost to 140PS! The newest addition in the ever-expanding Mountune Performance range is the all-new Fiesta 1.6 Ti-VCT engine upgrade. The 140PS performance upgrade can be installed by specialist Ford dealers to Zetec-S and Titanium 1.6-litre Ti VCT petrol models. Fiesta 140 power graph This upgrade consists of a high-flow air induction system, a high performance exhaust system including high-flow catalyst and tubular manifold, and re-calibration of Ford’s 1.6-litre Ti-VCT Sigma engine to produce 140PS at 6750rpm and 170NM at 4250rpm. A noteworthy boost in performance reduces the standard 0-60mph time from 9.9secs to 7.9secs. As with all Mountune Performance products, the kit comes with a minimum 12 months/12,000-mile warranty and does not affect the standard vehicle warranty. This latest upgrade is for the first time, joined by a complimenting exterior appearance upgrade which features a high-quality Mountune Performance side-splash and coloured wing mirrors. In addition, a lightweight motorsport wheel and performance tyre package is also available to help improve the cars' performance and aesthetics further still. The exterior appearance pack, and the wheel and tyre upgrade are both available directly through Mountune, and from Mountune Performance-approved Ford dealers. blade
I also got a hint that the fiesta st is in developement, but they are not rushing it,because of the recession, but heard that it will most probably have 1.6 ecoboost engine producing from 180-200 BHP ??? just hope it will come soon :D
welshie_miles
Anything coming for the 1.6 TDCI? No? :(
Rogue_Shadow
Ok I have alot to say...soooo ST Ford would be stupid not to make an ST version so Its very likely we will at least SEE or have on confirmed by the end of this year. I think Ford will milk more out of the chassis before they do though Performance mods for TD's As for performance TDCI, there was a poll on the mountune website ages ago about new products and considerable interest was raised for it. So I would say that TD owners are not going to be left out for long. also a member on ZSOC is creating a turbo for his Diesel...or something Im not a petrol head so Ive only got a basic understanding. ZSOC seems to be offline ... but the user name is Connected and you'll find something under the engine performance section Insurance AS for insurance, I just insured mine (1 hour ago). I know the reg but the car will be mine shortly. Admiral were the BEST quote and when I called up, I was actually laughing with the guy going through my details as he cracked jokes. Would strongly recommend :) ANNND I'm Done :D

paulworthing
Even if they do bring out an ST I bet it does not come in Squeeze so I will stick to what I have and just pop the Mountune on it. Anyone local got the Mountune so I can see, hear and feel what it is like?
