jeebowhite
Replace both, with either osram night breaker or Philips brite vision
Stoney871
Highbeams - osram cool blue intense (excellent for motorways) dipped - nightbreaker unlimited.
luke.grimbley
Is there a big difference between the standard bulbs and OSRAM/Phillips for main beams? I've always thought they are good anyway. Might be worth an upgrade if there's more to be had..
luke.grimbley
they should be in my gallery, can you see them? Those are the same as the side lights. Not sure if you had an answer on this..
jeebowhite
Yes there is a difference as generally you can put our up to 100 percent more light than standard. Basically standard bulbs offer standard performance but with longer life, whereas you can trade some life for much better output.

Marks12
ok I have a 08 focus which currently the two headlights have blown and all i need to know is how many pins does the bulb have is it three or two. looking at the Halfords website and they have a lovely set of Xenon headlights and side lights but the numbers on the box says 477 and H7 would that work? Stoney871
H7 for dipped and H1 for main. All 2 pin as they're single filament bulbs.
