focus 2010 front and rear bumpers

Hi, please could anyone tell me how to remove the front and rear bumper on a 2010 focus, i wish to fit parking censors.

you don't need to remove them to fit parking sensors can all be done with them on the car

Authur is right, on the rear there is plenty of room to do the work, less room on the front but if you get the front undertray off then there is enough room sort it out.

no need to remove bumpers as allready said, fronts can be fitted by removing headlights only.

are there markers on the front? the rear had placement circles, I picked up one of those cheapo fleebay sensor units and its been great but recently its been a little more sporadic, if the circles are there then it couldn't be any easier.
