squeegy
lol if this works ford parts are gonna have a randomly high amount of people asking for very specific parts lol Its not just Fiesta owners. There are already scores of Mondeo and S-Max owners doing or are going to do this retrofit. I being one of them ;) I guess that why Ford have put a price increase on the said items since october due to high demand. The module has increased in price by a tenner! Jordan ZS
lol only a tenner, knowing ford its gonna keep going up £10 every month lol
InstructorPiggy
I know this is old school....but to see if the bluetooth module may reset, is it worth trying to disconnect the battery for 30minutes and see if it resets itself and then syncs with the stereo?!?! Just an idea! Piggy :)

InstructorPiggy
mmmm, disconnect both power supplies, connect them togetheir, then give them both the power back. Im wondering what software that Ford would need to load/setup, see I'm thinking if I get a module out of an existing car (write off) maybe it be loaded already and just be plug and play or is it that it needs to be sync'ed with the stereo?! Just moved the USB into the main place rather than in the secret hole so they don't get confused when i say i have put usb in and cant find it. Steven Dark
There's also the matter of, "Car now? or car (much, much) later?" indeed there was. i got the car back in July and build time was coming out in October. I needed a car pretty much straight away. I do believe we have gone off topic lol.. Im going into Ford today to ask about the stereo software, so maybe today i will be driving home from work with fully working usb

They havent actually seen anyone do this before, but have been asked many times. Car is booked in for Thursday and possibly no charge :) Could be before then depending if they get a cancellation before then.

The bluetooth module is under the glove box - two small clips to undo then a plastic bit is able to be removed the module is attached to that.
