I do like getting the all clear from the doctor further to a cancer scare.  Still got lots of problems in my life but at least now I've (hopefully) got a lot of time to deal with them.

  • I do like finally finishing a model kit I first started 5 and a half years ago.  It's a very special model that i was supposed to finish by the time the aircraft took her final flights across the UK

I do like freshly made custard slices :), even if I made the custard a bit too stiff and the icing a bit too runny

I do that - then wake up 3 hours later :D

Having successfully depleted "Sprout Mountain" tonight's tea addressed "Leek Hill" , three of whom became a leek, tomato and tuna salad which was served with toast :)

Brandy is painstakingly licking the tuna box, she's been at it now for close to half an hour

Doesn't happen if you've got a Brandy on the bed.

Whereas the cats are quite ineffective as alarm clocks, mainly as they don't need help with their flaps

i like it,

i like it alot,

Its becoming so much of an obsession that I'm beginning to get agitated when needing to go toilet.😠

From memory

The smell if 4 star leaded petrol ☺

People saying hello / good morning when passing even when you don't them

The remap on my ST.

I do like starting to feel somewhat human again, helped by a small vodka... Yes I know, they say alcohol doesn't help a cold, but the way I see it is that it will either kill you or cure you, and I am still alive...

I also like the fact that if I continue to improve then I should be able to get the L-plates on the Nissan tomorrow.

I like that the price of LED household bulbs has fallen to be on a par with CFLs, with the efficiency of LED over CFL, LEDs are now dirt cheap :) and give better light output too :)

Been running led at home for a while now, sadly though the bathroom and kitchen are incompatible, as they run halogen which doesn't plug and play :(

I'm half and half, as I run out of CFLs, they are being replaced with LED. I tend to bulk buy in boxes of 25 or so. Certain sizes will take longer to deplete than others

In here (office/study) I use a daylight 6400°K CFL and will be for the next six bulb changes. I find it easier to work under 6400°K for long periods than with either 2700-3000°K or 3500-4100°K

I'm going to like my tea, Chicken Korma and for pudding.... GREEN CUSTARD!!!! With Bananas, nom nom nom. Then I'll be making some white bread as some plum, cough cough me cough cough, put a hole in the flour getting it out of the shopping bag. SO a very tasty night for me, might make some cinnamon buns as well, as the other half as been mithering for about a fortnight for me to make some.

None lol, green food colouring, haven't got any mint in, or else I'd have mint. Was talking about it at work, the latvian bloke has never heard of custard, so me and the other Matt got talking about school dinners and now I've had a craving for Green custard lol

Lucky Amelia...

Anything that doesn't involve meat as the main ingredient worries me. Needless to say I don't have any vegetarian friends!

I can imagine! As much as I'm a carnivore, I would feel slightly ill eating the meat of animals I've essentially "lived with".

If we were meant to be vegetarians why is meat so tasty? ;)

Exactly! Mind you, that's my excuse for alcohol and tobacco too

I'd have to disagree on the animals you've lived with. As more often than not farm animals(especially sheep) are as thick as the stuff that comes out their back end. So the amount of stress they cause you... makes them taste better. Does with beef anyway lol
