Things I do like

Not unlike Roy Orbison in genre and style, although I can't say I'd heard of him before, you posted video

I would be shocked, but I know that my tastes in music is a lot different to other peoples, certainly not typical of a 20 year old!

I'd never really seen a link between him and Roy Orbison, but you may have a point.

Whilst Roy Orbison is on my mind, this is a fantastic and yet very rare song of his which shows his wide vocal range:

I do like getting the all clear from the doctor further to a cancer scare.  Still got lots of problems in my life but at least now I've (hopefully) got a lot of time to deal with them.

  • I do like finally finishing a model kit I first started 5 and a half years ago.  It's a very special model that i was supposed to finish by the time the aircraft took her final flights across the UK

Not a fan of Roy Orbison on his own but I like the travelling wilburys lol then again I'm a big Tom Petty fan

Ah yes, such a shame he only managed to make one album with them before he died.

This is my favourite from that album:

I used to know a sales rep, that had to be a contender for Roy Orbison's No.1 fan, he had Roy playing at all times, in his office, in his car, at home, and according to his girlfriend, in their most intimate moments; even when the music didn't match the moment

My rendition of Roy Orbison's Penny Arcade always goes down well in the karaoke pubs, one of those songs everyone seems to know.

I like the fact that my new years resolutions are actually pretty achievable with the only exception being, doing something on the side to earn a bit of extra money.

Sounds dodgy!

Is there such a thing as a typical 20 year old music taste, though?

I've yet to meet/know anyone whose musical taste, at any age or demographic, who conforms to any media led narrow stereotype.

I keep hearing there's a world shortage of bull !Removed! collectors, who are apparently freelance.

Given your bovine knowledge, couldn't you do some as your money-making sideline?

Seems the fluid bulls issue for procreating calves, is censored!

Forgot to add, Brandy and I had a very blustery walk, the wind was probably gusty enough, to remove all her loose moulting fur. She did return looking a bit windswept

There's still a lack of local dogs about, as if everyone else isn't bothering to exercise their hounds at the moment. We saw on portly labrador with an equally rotund woman, in the distance, on the road leading to Corfe Mullen recreation ground

We do like being back in our doggy friendly hotel for 2 nights where we'll be celebrating tonight & N.Y.E. :) :)

Lol I'm not a fan of handling another mans juices lmao. Although not sure if they're is a shortage in it, what there is a shortage of, is us English boys who don't want to drive tractors all day, I must be one of the only lads that have rang work up and wanted to work with cows lol. We've got 1 job going and everyone who has rang up or who we've asked, wants to drive a tractor. As much as I like tractors, I'm much more a cowman, can't beat playing with 2400 boobies 3 times a day hahaha. With regards to the wind GMX, it cut the power off in the parlour this morning lol as for bedding down... even with the galebreakers your literally peeing in the wind lol.

The rain returned today to accompany the stiff breeze.

The dog and I started out on a dry walk and returned in a mini monsoon, once again, some of us are wetter than others. The river Stour has encroached upon all of the river paths, so much of our walk involved diversions across fields, some with soggy mournful looking cows: some not.

At one one point last night, there was a promise of awakening to a frost, when the air temperature plummeted down to 1°C quite quickly. However, it rose as fast as it fell, about an hour later, we are now back to 14°C

I bet youve got a lovely lawn then!;)

I bet youve got a lovely lawn then! ;)

our lawn needs doing lol, More weeds than snoop dogg's front room. Wes I don't think I could be bored with being off work as long as your getting paid for it, your getting paid to sit on your backside, easy money man. Clive I feel your pain lol, although I like the night shift, all I do is push cows and scrape up, unless it's every other Thursday and Friday then I night milk either way it's easy and stress free.

I enjoy night shifts, that's when the real badun's come out to play.

Better for the dogs too as there's less chance of compromising a scent trail.

Roads are more fun to drive when you don't have to fight through heavy traffic with blues on.

I'd like to drive some of the cars the police drive, my uncle used to work as a mechanic in the police force and was telling me about all the 'upgrades' the engines have. That's the only reason though, you guys get a lot of flack same as us farmers, all you guys do is go out and do your job, least your out working etc. Do police train normal peoples dogs or only dogs for force selection if you get me?

We aren't licenced to officially train other peoples dogs but I have 'assisted' friends/family with their dogs behavioral problems on occasions.
