You may have a chance with going from say 8M51 19C112 AK to AP as this is a later engineering level of the AK part.

But really think you'd struggle trying to get the CS71 part to work as this is a completely new part for later models and may not even be classified as the same type of module as what's known as the base number (14D212) is totally different.

Would have to say the odds of that module accepting and working with the software for your car, or working in your car with the software already in it would be slim.
