Lower grill was simple click in as were the fogs. Prob 30min all fitted. Now to sell my Zetec S upper n lower grills lol.

Commencal24
I've said before and I'll say it again the simple jobs are always the hardest 😩 Tried the simple jobs of replacing this mess with one of these But the there's no mini USB in the back of the headunit, the external one in the car is hard wired 😢 So I've had to search the internet for a female mini USB to male USB, luckily I found one on amazon prime so fingers crossed it'll all work 👍🏼

Commencal24
My cunning plan worked 👍🏼 The silver is a different shade than the heated screen buttons but it's a million times neater than the poor job done previously

Commencal24
Has anyone fitted a stubby aerial to there focus? I was considering getting one but wondering how if any effect it had on radio reception?
Dave1981
Ive often thought about it. Team torquesteer sell them for about £15. Read few reciews sayin that national statuons were ok but a fee local ones were hard to pick up. Not sure bout the DAB coverage through as when i do listen to the radio its only the DAB channels
Commencal24
I don't listen to the radio anyway, I prefer to listen to music via my phone 49 minutes ago, Dave1981 said: Ive often thought about it. Commencal24
She's been lowered!!! 🎊🎉 My bro said the rear bolts were an absolute nightmare to undo. Downside though the knocking sound I mentioned in another thread seems to be the tension mount on the engine not the exhaust 😩 Before After
Dave1981
Eibach springs?
Commencal24
Yes mate, I was thinking about a bigger drop maybe H&R, decided it might make the ride a little bumpy. Looks wise I'm more than happy with the 30mm drop the eibachs have given me.

Commencal24
I can imagine, how much did you pay? At the moment it's a toss up between sorting my alloys or getting a few bits like the RS grills and the clear fog light.

I've been quoted pretty much the same plus they fit some alloys so you can still use your car
Dave1981
They do indeed. I wa drivin round on bright blue alloys for 10 days lol. But cant fault em. Remove tyres n mark em up so know what to refit. Acid dipped, shot blasted then powdercoated..
