I've had a s**t day today as, due to the economic climate, we've had to say goodbye to some more people with whom I've worked for the last decade or so. paulworthing Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Guess I am kind of lucky working for the local authority - pay is not good but as we look after children then there is not much the council can do - if a child needs to be taken into care then it has to be taken into care.
