I do like getting a full tank of BP diesel for £52!  That also makes my pence per mile the cheapest since buying the car 2 years ago at 9.8ppm!   Also like that the BPme app actually worked this time lol.

And as in the other thread, I do like finally being able to get the cheap anti-bac soap again!

Do we have any car competition winners on here out of interest?  I know of at least 2 Mk6 Golfs that have been won through comps like this as well as a few show cars as well.  I'd be tempted if I had a bit of disposable income tbh, better chance than playing the lottery surely!

Do like the lovely weather today, blue Skye and so warm in my south facing garden. Going to roll out the sun blind in a minute before I burn. 

I do like watching 'Quiz' yesterday, it's on tonight and tomorrow night as well.

Tells the story of the Millionaire winners who cheated the game by coughing...imagine trying that today?  They'd be beaten and thrown out by the general public before finally being arrested!  

Seriously though, I'm not sure how much of it was dramatized but I was amazed how much effort people put in to getting on the show!!

@Turvey if only it was an RS6. Have to say even the S line spec looks good.

I enter the BOTB competition for the RS6 every so often and I’m usually quite close, but no cigar. 
 

I reckon I will just have to buy an S6 Avant when the time comes and make a custom RS6

I would like an excuse to buy any fuel at the moment but both cars have half a tank and are sat idle, same with the bike

I've got a an idea the price of fuel will rocket when the lockdown starts to be lifted so might as well get some while it's still cheap.  I could probably have squeezed another couple of weeks from this tank but didn't want to risk it.

I also like bringing the car SD card inside for a sort out...  Removed some old tracks, added some new ones...  But I can barely complete a song on my 2 mile trip to Tesco each week atm!

Main reason for cheap fuel is a price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia over oil. It started before all the lockdowns, just took a while to show on the pumps.

As promised @Turvey now that its painted. 

The big section on the right with the window was the original shed. That is accessed from the front which in this picture is the right gable end. 

Then the small shed on the far left was a cheap one which I basically used the panels from and leveled it up on the raised section of wall. 

Finally the middle section which is OSB fronted is the bridge between the two, and that whole front of it is a big door and its at ground level so I drive the motorbike in and out. Its open on the left inside into the small shed and that's where I store bicycles including my turbo trainer, and all the kids junk.

Would have been good if I could have had the same roof felt all the way across but apart from that it will do for now. 

 

Please note, the geometric chalk shapes thing on the shed was my eldest daughter. I masked it off at random and she coloured in the sections. Anything to keep them entertained at the moment!

True, but I think the sudden high demand as everyone heads to beaches, DIY stores and second homes will push prices up again.  I won't be upset if I'm wrong though!!

But the Saudis and Russians have now agreed to cut production to push up the price of a barrel of oil. 

It may not work to get prices up as there is such a lack of demand. Also Russia didn't back up there commitment to cut production last time they agreed. 

Cut my dad's hair today. Actually didn't come out bad to be honest. Did a blend in starting from number 3 from the bottom to the top of the ear, 5 at an inch up then 6 and 7 slightly up. 

Doesn't look perfect and I accidentally did a 1 behind one ear but not bad 😂

I can see a lot of this happening-

I think we need to cheer ourselves up this time.

I normally have a grade 2 from my normal hairdresser. I only allowed a grade 3 to be done by my partner with the clippers I bought. Its ok ,but you can see bits she's missed. 

Well, further to my having a sit in the sun yesterday, I decided to lie in the sun just for a while and watch Amazon prime videos on my tablet. Only to fall asleep on my side facing the sun. To say I've got a red face is an understatement. Not quite burnt but it's sore even this morning. I'm supprised by mid April sunshine having that effect.

You'll have to do the other side to match now!  I did the same on Friday though, didn't expect the sun to be that strong yet.  But the top of my head was starting to get singed by the end of just a 30 minute walk and I was struggling to find any shade on the route.  Think I need to start wearing a hat...but what sort?  Don't think I'm a baseball cap kinda guy (someone on here must have bought the genuine RS cap!? )  but I'm also not sure a Sombrero would work in Suffolk...
