Things I Don't Like

Featured Replies

I don't like spending 10 minutes filling in all the boxes on a part exchange value form...to be told they can't value the car without seeing it... Well why have a whole page of your website dedicated to PX valuations then!?

I don't like re-writing out cheques for HMRC because I wasn't concentrating properly, and have made silly mistakes on the first three  .

Pay "HM Customs & Revenue......"??

Pay " HM Revenue & Cumstoms...."?? :P

The third one I got the payee right, just screwed up the amount

Did you remember to sign the 4th?

Cue a "oh crap! :o " moment!

Having porridge for tea(like porridge, it's more the fact I'm having a breakfast cereal for tea). The other half decided to experiment with my Lasagne recipe and ruin it.

How can you ruin lasagne!? :o

I guess I live a privileged life having a family that can cook.

I had to re-open the envelope and check  I had no recollection of doing it

However, it is signed :)

Has she used oats instead of lasagne?

I've made lasagne before now with other shapes of pasta in layers, when I've run out of sheets

Another thing I dont like - Just done a good legs session in the gym to the point where i struggled to walk to my car. Got home, showered and decided to slap a load of Deep Heat on my legs. I was a bit too liberal and managed to get it on my b**ls. I dont recommend it!:o :o :o

Actually, i might recommend it to a couple of moderators!

Joking!;)

Having to wait a bit over 5 months until my birthday, it's getting so close i can feel it. :(

I just desperately want my car, plus a MK1 Focus and a 306!

5 months is nothing! When you were 13 years old I was 17 and wanted to drive immediately, but alas I am now 20 and have never driven a car. Yep, this is the person who wanted to pass his test within 12 months of turning 17... That didn't work out as planned! Not having the money, then not having a car, and then having a car and (some) money - but no time!! Life hasn't exactly gone smoothly with regards to learning to drive.

I will start driving either this weekend or next (awaiting glasses), and from then on I will be getting my licence ASAP. Hopefully by summer I'll have my practical booked/passed.

Why do you want a 306, may I ask?

I won't mock you completely though, as admittedly I would like to buy a 405 one day, purely because it was the car my mother had when I was young.

I suspect that's what starts the peeing fetish off to cool the burn. Let us know if it works Wes

Deep Heat in open wounds and body orifices, is akin to washing them in sulphuric acid :o

Habanero residue/oil is also to be avoided around sensitive bodily orifices and the whole general genito-urinary area. Haven't had the experience myself, but someone I know, chopped up some habaneros and didn't really cleanse his hands afterwards.

Later on, he decided to shower, in washing his 'bits' he transferred the habanero residue to the whole genito-urinary area. The effect was instant :o His girlfriend said his screams could be heard right across the estate.

He actually required hospital treatment and had to go to A&E after her attempts in cooling him down, only made it worse

He apparently wears gloves now when chopping habaneros

Slap a bit of filler on it and it will be sweet!

Not too bad, bit of boarding, screws, scrim tape and some finish skim, £25 max. Hopefully youve got a few spare tiles? Im sure a man of your talents can sort that out.;)

Oh that's a shame, I didn't realise you don't drive! Good luck with the learning, we will have to see who passes their test first. :P

I know i have been waiting for years but its getting painful now...

I want the 306 for the same reason, my mum bought ours off my aunt and uncle back in 2001, i still remember that car, a white 5 door XSi (i think) and i loved the wheels (for some reason i loved cars with triangular shaped pattern wheels, thus why i like the MK1 Focus. Reg was N585 TPE, unfortunately not been taxed since 2004. :(

So its kind of sentimental plus I like the styling, my grandma has a Citroen ZX before the Focus, now that was a cool car!

By using Soya milk in the Bechamel sauce! MINGING, as for the deep heat thing... in farming there is/was(illegal now apparently) a powder called, D90 by a company called Deosan, it's a parlour wash powder, I wore gloves and thought I'd washed my hands etc anyway I needed a wee wee, so I went for a wee, can't of washed my hands properly, anyway about 10-15 minutes later, the old twig and berries starts itching, I think nothing of it, go into the farmhouse(in laws) and have a shower and volllaaaaa what do I find downstairs, all red markings where my fingers had been and all around the split at the bottom was blisters! Never again is all I'm saying. I didn't pass my test until I was 19 or 20, 19 as I'm 24 this year, I had a car and provisional since I was 17 but I failed my theory 4 times lol

Yeah, I'd get her to stick to the tried and tested recipes in future

No more experimenting unless there is an alternative meal to offer!!

Anybody else like that Original Source Mint & Tea Tree stuff?

First time I used that, I knew about it!!

I was a little err...over-zealous when washing (no...not THAT vigorous!!) with it and umm...it went erm...deeper than originally intended...

Its a bit tingly lol! Try some Deep Heat down there if you want a slightly more intense sensation!

I was given some Lynx Shower Gel called shock once. It really lives up to its name let me tell you.

Why would you put mint in a shower gel!?!?!
